Dr. Vickie Turnbough is a respected Internal Medicine Specialist practicing in Athens, Tennessee for over thirty years. Her medical expertise and sincere concern for patient health has fostered deep relationships with her patients and their families.
Dr. Turnbough graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and competed her Internal Medicine Residency at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio in 1993. Since that time, she has providied superior medical care for her community. She is affiliated with Starr Regiounal Medical Cenrer Physician's Services, additionally, she is medical director for Caris Hopsice, and Accent Home Care, both in Athens, Tennessee.

Janice Lynn Bass is a Board Certifed Family Nurse Practitioner and DOT Medical Examiner. She has a Master's of Science degree from Vanderbilt University. With over twenty years' experience, she has worked in family medicine, pulmonology, & sleep medicine, and as a nursing clinical coordinator. She has worked with Trussler Medical Group for eight years. She and her husband, Michael, live in Manchester, and have seven wonderful children, and one spoiled Maltese.
Hanna Lovelady was born and raised in Manchester, TN. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with AANP certification. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in Decmeber of 2014. After graduation she worked in the Saint Thomas Rutherford Emergency Department as an RN until graduating from the University of Alabama in Huntville with her Master's of Science in Nursing in December of 2017. Hanna joined the Trussler Medical Group along with her sister Kristen Elam, FNP in January of 2018.
Jay Michael Trussler, DO, is a board-certified physician and a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and is highly experienced in all areas of Family Medicine. He offers comprehensive services at his Middle Tennessee locations in Manchester and Monteagle, where he focuses on pediatrics, primary care, and the management of chronic diseases, such as COPD and diabetes. Dr. Trussler is a member of the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians and has previously served as the Chief of Staff for both the Medical Center of Manchester and Unity Medical Center hospitals in Manchester, Tennessee.
In addition to his expertise as a family medicine physician, Dr. Trussler is skilled in several aesthetic technologies, including SculpSure® body contouring, Icon™ laser skin treatments, and Botox® injection therapy. He finished his internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Huntsville, Alabama. He is an active member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and a voting Delegate to the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians Congress of Delegates. He also serves as a clinical instructor for Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, and several other training institutions in the Southeast. He is an Associate Medical Director for Compassus Hospice and Palliative Care and a Medical Director for SunCrest Home Health. He also serves as the Tactical Physician for the Manchester City Police Department and is the Deputy Medical Examiner for Coffee County. He is the team physician for Coffee County football, baseball, wrestling, and most other sports.
When not tending to his patients, Dr. Trussler enjoys taking active vacations with his two children, hiking, camping, and overlanding. He is also an avid pilot, flying both fixed-wing single-engine airplanes and helicopters. He coaches his children as they participate in youth football and baseball. Additionally, he has participated in medical missionary trips to Mexico, Africa, Brazil, and Iraq, where he volunteered his medical skills to those in need.

Dr. Cudzilo completed both Residency in 2011 and his Fellowship in 2014 at the University of Cincinnati. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2011, Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine in 2014 and currently remains board certified in these fields. Dr. Cudzilo is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Thoracic Society.
Dr. Zibas comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1992. Dr. Zibas completed Residency at University of Alabama Birmingham in 1996. Dr. Estes has been practicing pulmonary and critical care in Knoxville, TN since 1991 and has been with StatCare practicing pulmonary and critical care since 2000. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1980, and medical school from the University of South Florida in 1984. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham hospitals and pulmonary critical care fellowship at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, completing in 1989. Dr. Estes has a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1987, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 1989 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Estes is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Tennessee Thoracic Society, American Thoracic Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
