Nicolin Neal, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine practitioner and an integral part of the team at Rios Healthcare Associates. Education has always shaped Dr. Neal’s life. She earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri. Dr. Neal went on to refine her knowledge and skills through training in internal medicine at the University of Texas at Houston and a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Waco, Texas.
In her professional life, Dr. Neal has focused extensively on geriatric care. She’s presented research at the American Delirium Society National Conferences and has authored a chapter in Ethical Considerations and Challenges in Geriatrics, a textbook used to train medical professionals. She has also worked to educate medical colleagues in geriatric care.

Annie Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston.
Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019.
Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.
In addition to her background in nutrition, Annie holds a keen interest in skin care and in preventative medicine through lifestyle and diet. Building a strong relationship with every patient is an integral part of her practice. Having received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Tejas Desai, DO, Annie practices medical dermatology, skin cancer surgeries, and other various skin procedures. Annie regularly pursues her continuing medical education in dermatology to provide the highest quality care for her patients.
She is currently a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association.
