Since opening Broadway Healthcare: Kathleen Broderick, FNP, in North Reading, Massachusetts, Kathleen strives to provide collaborative and patient-centered care.
Kathleen’s experience in health care spans nearly 20 years. She holds multiple degrees and certifications that make her uniquely qualified to care for patients of all ages and disenfranchised populations.
Kathleen holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Connecticut (UConn) in Mansfield, Connecticut, and a graduate degree from the Boston University School of Public Health (BU) in Massachusetts.
Her graduate studies focused on researching public health strategies to prevent and treat postpartum depression in women. That research sparked Kathleen’s passion for providing supportive and trauma-informed care, and she quickly enrolled in nursing school.
Kathleen began her nursing career at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, where she obtained an associate degree in nursing. After graduation, she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Boston (UMass) in Massachusetts.
As a former sexual assault nurse examiner, Kathleen understands the importance of providing safe and supportive care. She is proud to be an ally for the LGBTQA+ community and offers gynecological women’s health care for transgender patients.
Holistic treatment is a core foundation of Kathleen’s practice. She offers 60-minute appointments to ensure she has the time to explore all aspects of a patient’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She considers all of life’s stressors before making a diagnosis or recommending treatment.

Dr. Testani is a board-certified family medicine physician originally from Trumbull, Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree from Denison University, where she majored in Biology, minored in Spanish, and was a standout student-athlete on the field hockey team. Her dedication on and off the field earned her a place on the National Academic All-American Squad.
She went on to receive her medical degree from Campbell University, where she was honored with the Overall Distinguished Clinical Scholar Award in Family Medicine for her graduating class. Dr. Testani then completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she served as chief resident and pursued a concentration in women’s health.
Dr. Testani is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals and families. Her special interests include women’s health, sports medicine, pediatrics, mental health, and addressing the social determinants of health.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Testani enjoys running, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her cat.
We would like to welcome Dr. Donald Perlo, MD to our team! Dr. Perlo will be joing our practice in February 2024. He is an Internal Medicine doctor with over 20 year of experience. He graduated from Harvard with an AB degree in anthropolgy, then went to Tufts University where he graduated with his post-baccalaureate in pre-med courses, he then earned his medical degree at Jefferson medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Perlo will be seeing patients on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. His hobbies include: Running, cycling, hiking, learning to play fiddle and flute, writing, making maple syrup and canning jams in season. He also loves a great Broadway musical; old George Carlin, Monty Python, and SCTV clips; and delighting his kids with Dad jokes. Dr. Perlo sees patients ages 18 & up.

Dr. Yelyzaveta Prysyazhnyuk is a compassionate and highly trained physician with a strong commitment to advancing mental health care. She brings a rich background in internal medicine and a deep interest in the intersection of physical and mental well-being to her role at Vital Psych MD LLC.
Dr. Prysyazhnyuk completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University before earning her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell NS/LIJ, where she also obtained certifications as a clinician educator and in lifestyle medicine.

Edmund Schiavoni, MD, is a skilled internal medicine physician at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Derry, New Hampshire. He is board-certified in internal medicine and has many years of professional experience working in a variety of medical settings.
Dr. Schiavoni received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He completed his residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.
Dr. Schiavoni believes that personal relationships and compassionate care are the foundation of primary care practice. He maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in internal medicine.
He served as chief of medicine and chairman of trustees at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, is chairman of the Credentials Committee at Parkland Medical Center, and is a member of the Anthem Northeast Regional Credentialing Committee.
In his free time, Dr. Schiavoni enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with friends and family. He enjoys helping his patients achieve a better quality of life and welcomes them to Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine.

Thomas Hong, MD, is an expert internal medicine physician at Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in Windham, New Hampshire. He is board-certified in internal medicine and joined Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine in 2003.
Dr. Hong received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and his Doctor of Medicine from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He finished his medical training with a residency at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, and maintains his medical credentials with continuing education. Dr. Hong enjoys helping his patients age 12 and older achieve exceptional health and a better quality of life.
Dr. Hong is an avid cyclist and believes an active lifestyle and good nutrition are integral parts of maintaining excellent health. He also enjoys spending free time with friends and family.
