Mackenzie Lawler, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut, with a concentration on individuals, groups, and families. Mackenzie has experience in various capacities within the behavioral health field. She has served an array of children, adolescents, adults and families through working in community health centers, intensive in-home services, and psychiatric residential treatment
Mackenzie is passionate about meeting you where you are. She is dedicated to utilizing a strengths-based, client centered approach to support you in identifying and working towards your goals. Mackenzie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and utilizes the treatment approaches of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and play or art therapy techniques.
In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys going on walks with her dog, spending quality time with family or friends, and baking.

Ari Bernstein, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in adult internal medicine. He works with the capable team at blueprintMD in Valley Stream, Massapequa, and Melville, New York. Dr. Bernstein graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology from Long Island University Post in Brookville, New York. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Granada, West Indies. While in medical school, Dr. Bernstein completed clinical rotations at Maimonides Medical Center and Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his residency in internal medicine at New York-Presbyterian Queens in Flushing, New York. Dr. Bernstein brings a wealth of experience to blueprintMD, including time spent in internal medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, and rehabilitation. He is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
Along with his work in the clinical setting, Dr. Bernstein has published several research papers and books. When he isn’t with his patients, Dr. Bernstein enjoys sports, boating, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Yelyzaveta Prysyazhnyuk is a compassionate and highly trained physician with a strong commitment to advancing mental health care. She brings a rich background in internal medicine and a deep interest in the intersection of physical and mental well-being to her role at Vital Psych MD LLC.
Dr. Prysyazhnyuk completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University before earning her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell NS/LIJ, where she also obtained certifications as a clinician educator and in lifestyle medicine.

Dr.Vinod Somareddy, PT, DPT, is the founder and president of Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy with locations throughout New York in Farmingdale, Great Neck, North Shore Towers, Oceanside, Woodbury, Bayside, Deer Park, and Upper Westside of New York Cit. Started in 2003, Dr. Somareddy built his practice under the guiding principles of providing quality care that fosters a patient-centered culture committed to improving the lives of everyone who comes through the door.
As the eldest son in the family, Dr. Somareddy decided to honor his father’s own dedication to patient care, naming his practice after him. Dr. Somareddy’s father, nicknamed “Reddy,” worked as a nurse at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he garnered a reputation for his knowledge, perseverance, and compassionate patient care. Dr. Somareddy knows his success stems from his father’s influence, and he built a team that puts the patient’s needs above all else.
Dr. Somareddy earned his degree at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. Dedicated to his profession, he is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and participates in many educational programs, lecturing on clinical and administrative topics.
