After graduating, he completed an internship and residency at the university. He then completed a cardiology fellowship at the Center for Health Sciences (CHS) at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Bach is a member of the American Heart Association and the Sacramento/El Dorado County Medical Society. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Richard A. Clark, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist and internal medicine physician. Dr. Clark obtained his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, a health science university of the United States federal government, in Bethesda, Maryland. After graduating, he completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship through San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Clark is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiology. He holds several certifications, including a certificate in nuclear cardiology.

Dr. Fugit earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, formerly known as the University of Southern California School of Medicine, in Los Angeles, California. He completed his internship and residency at UC San Diego Health, formerly known as the University of California at San Diego Medical Center, in San Diego, California.
Dr. Fugit completed a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium in Houston, Texas. He also completed an interventional cardiac catheterization fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in West Carson, California.
