After working several years in private clinics and hospitals as a clinical technician and medical assistant, Annabelle returned to school for her PA degree at Shenandoah University.
She has always had a passion for medicine and compassionate patient care. She joins Integrated Neurology Services hoping to improve each patient's quality of life and to be their support and advocate. She believes in taking a holistic approach to addressing patient concerns and that wellness involves care for the mind, body, and spirit. Annabelle is also fluent in Vietnamese and is ready to build rapport with patients from any and all backgrounds.
Outside of work, Annabelle is a Northern Virginia native who enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking for dinner parties, playing the piano and violin, crafting, and volunteering her time helping the youth explore and strengthen their faith.

Board-certified neurologist Simon Fishman, MD, brings more than two decades of experience in neurology and electrodiagnostic medicine to Integrated Neurology Services, serving men and women in and around Alexandria, Falls Church, Lorton, and Reston, Virginia.
Dr. Fishman began his professional pursuits at Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine at age 23. Following graduation, he completed an internal medicine internship and a neurology residency. Dr. Fishman also completed a neuromuscular fellowship, all at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. He subsequently received additional training in neurological critical care at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
In July 2000, Dr. Fishman established his first private practice in Northern Virginia, with admitting privileges at INOVA Fairfax and Arlington Hospital. Three years later, he founded Integrative Neurology Services, opening the first office in Alexandria, Virginia.
As a neurologist, Dr. Fishman is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM). He’s highly trained in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the nervous system, including diseases of the brain, nerves, spinal cord, and muscles.
