Annabelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Richmond. After working several years in private clinics and hospitals as a clinical technician and medical assistant, Annabelle returned to school for her PA degree at Shenandoah University.
She has always had a passion for medicine and compassionate patient care. She joins Integrated Neurology Services hoping to improve each patient's quality of life and to be their support and advocate. She believes in taking a holistic approach to addressing patient concerns and that wellness involves care for the mind, body, and spirit. Annabelle is also fluent in Vietnamese and is ready to build rapport with patients from any and all backgrounds.
Outside of work, Annabelle is a Northern Virginia native who enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking for dinner parties, playing the piano and violin, crafting, and volunteering her time helping the youth explore and strengthen their faith.
Natalia Kayloe, MD, is a board-certified neurologist who brings more than 15 years of experience to Integrated Neurology Services, serving patients at convenient locations in Alexandria, Falls Church, Lorton, Virginia.
Dr. Kayloe was born and raised in Russia. She began her professional pursuits at the Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute in Moscow, Russia, earning her Doctor of Medicine at the age of 24. She subsequently moved to the United States and completed an internship and neurology residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Kayloe is a proud member of the American Academy of Neurology. As a doctor, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. Angela brings extensive experience in neurology and sleep medicine to Integrated Neurology Services.
She began her career pursuits at Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia, earning her bachelor’s degree in biology and applied chemistry, graduating cum laude. Then, she enrolled at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, obtaining her master’s degree in physician assistant studies.
Before entering private practice, Angela completed clinical rotations at various medical facilities, including pediatric clinics, family medicine centers, and hospital emergency rooms.
In these settings, she received training in various aspects of general and preventive medicine, including Botox® injections for migraines, trigger point injections, wound care, and vaccine administration. During that time, Angela developed a special interest in Guillain-Barre syndrome and underwent specialized training in an inpatient stroke unit.

Dr. Smith began her career pursuits at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, earning her Bachelor of Arts in biology and graduating cum laude. Then, she enrolled at the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, earning a doctorate in philosophy and her Doctor of Medicine.
