Jane Matos-Fraebel, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN practicing at A New Life OB/GYN of Broward, located in Plantation, Florida. By the time she was in fourth grade, Dr. Matos-Fraebel knew she wanted to be a doctor. She worked with her mother (also a physician) beginning at the age of 13, which eventually led to her entering medical school at Santiago University of Technology, one of the highest-ranking schools in the Dominican Republic. After graduating in 1987, Dr. Matos-Fraebel then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami. Dr. Matos-Fraebel believes in combining advanced state-of-the-art technology with compassion. Randye Karmin, MD, is a gynecologist at South Florida Gynecology & Women's Health treating patients in the Dadeland area of Miami, Florida. In addition, Dr. Karmin is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Carlos Rodriguez Ortiz MD, PA is an obstetrician and gynecologist in Miami and Hialeah, HCA Florida Kendall Regional Hospital. During his time as a women’s health specialist, Dr. Rodriguez has made thousands of deliveries, from natural and cesarean section deliveries to complex ones. He and his team are highly trained to manage all types of pregnancies and gynecology procedures.
Dr. Rodriguez was born and raised in Cuba. He attended medical school at the Instituto Superior de Ciencias Médicas, receiving his doctorate in medicine in 1990. After graduating, he went on to pursue an obstetrics and gynecology residency program at Havana General Hospital.
He worked as an OB/GYN physician for two years in Cuba before leaving for the Dominican Republic in 1996, where he was able to pass the board examinations for his specialty in obstetrics and gynecology. For over seven years, he practiced medicine in the Dominican Republic.
After some time, Dr. Rodriguez and his family decided to move to the US in 2002. He put in all his efforts to enter the OB/GYN residency program at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and later, he graduated from the program as an OB/GYN specialist in 2015.

Todd Goldberg, DO, is a managing partner of Gemini OBGYN in Pembroke Pines and Weston, Florida. Dr. Goldberg is a native Floridian who grew up in Plantation, Florida. He’s grateful for the opportunity to practice and give back to the community in which he was raised, offering compassionate health care to women of all ages as part of the Gemini team.
After studying at Tulane University, Dr. Goldberg continued his education at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
