Katy Hagan, CNM, WHNP-BC, is a certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting women through pregnancy, labor, birth, and beyond. She provides expert care to patients at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, with locations in Lebanon, Branchburg, and two offices in Flemington, New Jersey.
Katy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware. She spent five years as a labor and delivery nurse in Pennsylvania, gaining hands-on experience in maternal care. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania and launched her career as a nurse midwife in New Jersey.
Katy provides comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care for women at every stage of life. Her services include well-woman exams, family planning, menopause management, and prenatal care. As a certified first assistant for cesarean sections, she also plays a key role in supporting women who require surgical birth.
Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, Katy is passionate about empowering women to make informed choices about their health and birth experiences. She believes in creating a supportive and respectful environment where women feel heard, valued, and cared for.
Now living in Hunterdon County with her husband, two children, and their labradoodle, Katy is excited to serve her local community and provide exceptional women’s health care close to home.
Dr. Frys graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She was extensively trained in minimally invasive surgical approach for the treatment of many common gynecologic issues during her Residency at Newark Beth Israel. Dr. Frys also has a special interest in high-risk obstetrics and has been in private practice for over a decade. Her hands-on medical approach comes from her osteopathic training that focuses on disease prevention and health promotion. She enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and is looking forward to again caring for her community!
Dr. Jimena Rivas is a compassionate OB/GYN at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, proudly caring for patients in Lebanon, Branchburg and Flemington, New Jersey. She is passionate about guiding women through every stage of life, from pregnancy and postpartum care to menopause and beyond.
Originally from Colombia, Dr. Rivas brings award-winning experience and a global perspective to her practice. She earned her medical degree from the Universidad de Caldas in Manizales and completed her OB/GYN specialization at Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino Medical Center. After moving to the United States, she completed a second OB/GYN residency training at Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey. She served as Chief Resident and was recognized for her excellence in patient care.
Dr. Rivas is board-certified and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (FACOG). She is fluent in English and Spanish allowing her to connect deeply with patients from diverse backgrounds. She has been honored on Castle Connolly's Top Hispanic and Latino Doctors List in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Rivas enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children.
Susan Probst, MD, leads Berk's Womens Health in Reading, Pennsylvania. As a classically trained physician, Dr. Probst specializes in obstetrics, gynecology, and women's wellness but she has long developed an interest in holistic care and natural medicine.
