Dr. Sabina Oboukova received her undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University and doctorate degree from MCPHS College of Optometry. Dr. Bababekova earned her doctor of optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Orloff started working as an Attending Optometrist at the Laser and Microsurgery Institute in 2000, where he diagnosed and treated ocular disease and glaucoma patients as well as co-managed pre- and post-LASIK, cataract and glaucoma surgery patients. In 2003, he founded Bronx Eye Associates in order to provide primary care optometry to a wide range of patients. A dedicated researcher, Dr. Orloff was the recipient of a prestigious National Institutes of Health Grant during his time at SUNY College of Optometry. In addition, he was awarded a Humanity Development Scholarship at SUNY College of Optometry, was named to the Dean’s List at Pace University and earned his diploma with honors at Moscow Medical College.
