Dr. Novey received a B.S. degree in Natural Science from Indiana University of PA. and graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Career
Dr. Novey has provided patient care for 25 years in a multifaceted private practice setting. For 12 years he served as an Optometric Preceptor to several schools and an adjunct faculty member at Southern College of Optometry. Early in his career, Dr. Novey was part of the Catonsville Eye Group and has returned to continue his commitment.
Personal Bio
Dr. Novey grew up in a small town in Central PA. He learned the value of hard work and promoting conservation to the community from his family recycling business. He currently resides in Baltimore with his wife and two children. He enjoys running, motorcycling and the outdoors in his spare time.

Dr. Bondroff has been with Catonsville Eye Group since 2009 and a partner since 2015. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in Physiology and Neurobiology. He attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry in 2009.
