She further advanced her education by completing additional training at Brooklyn VA Medical Center. Dr. Stepankoff is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.

Dr. Stepankoff devotes considerable amount of time to co-management of laser procedures with ophthalmologists. Since she’s been in practice for nearly two decades, Eleonora Orloff, OD, has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide variety of eye conditions. She is a partner at Bronx Eye Associates in the Bronx in New York City.
Dr. Orloff earned her doctor of optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City. She went on to complete her residency in ocular disease and primary care optometry through East New York Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Brooklyn.
Early in her career, Dr. Orloff served as an attending optometrist at the Laser and Microsurgery Institute in New York City. While there, she treated and diagnosed ocular disease, cataracts, and glaucoma, among other serious eye issues. Dr. Orloff even gained extensive experience in performing laser eye surgery.

Sabina Oboukova, DO, is an experienced optometrist in the Bronx, New York, and a diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Bangiyev received her training and doctorate from the SUNY College of Optometry. Since then, she has treated and managed refractive conditions, dry eye, glaucoma, and diseases of the retina, as well as co-managed surgical cases.
During her graduate studies she was President of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, a member of the American Optometric Association, and the New York State Optometic Association.
She was trained extensively in advanced eye care, having undergone rotations through Woodhull, Bellevue, and NYU hospitals.
