Lisa Siddall, FNP- BC, joined Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in October 2009. A family nurse practitioner, Lisa treats patients at Sterling and South Riding, Virginia.  

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota. She continued her education with a family nurse practitioner program, earning her master's degree from the University of Phoenix in Honolulu, Hawaii, before serving five years of active duty in the United States Air Force. 

Lisa specializes in treating all general orthopaedic conditions, specifically arthritis management. With over 20 years of nursing experience, she brings exceptional experience with orthopaedics and family care, only further broadening the range of services offered to her patients.

David S. Goodwin, MD, is a board-certified sports medicine orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the non-operative and surgical treatment of youth and adult patients with shoulder, knee, hip, and sports injuries at Arthritis & Sports | Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Wellness in South Riding, Virginia. 

After attending George Washington University in Washington, D.C., for his undergraduate and medical education, Dr. Goodwin completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. 

He then completed a sports medicine fellowship at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, now called NYU Langone Orthopaedic Hospital, in New York City, New York. During his training, Dr. Goodwin specialized in treating athletic injuries, arthroscopy, and shoulder surgery, focusing on hip arthroscopy and cartilage restoration techniques.

Dr. Goodwin is committed to providing state-of-the-art care to his patients with advanced arthroscopy and joint preservation techniques. Dr. Mantell is a fellowship trained, orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He received his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, and stayed in the area to complete his residency at The George Washington University Hospital. He continued his training at the prestigious New England Baptist Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital, where Dr. Mantell completed his fellowship training in sports medicine.

Dr. Gore obtained her medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY. She completed her residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at The George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Gore joined Winchester Orthopaedic Associates in September, 2014. Dr. Gore is board certified and her clinical interests include anterior total hip replacements, sports medicine, and trauma.

Dr. Sandberg joined Winchester Orthopaedic Associates in 2019. His clinical interests include hand, wrist, and elbow conditions, including: sports injuries (example: “Tommy John”); carpal tunnel syndrome; nerve conditions; and arthritis, to include Total Elbow Replacement. He is also trained in the treatment of developmental and congenital hand differences. 

Dr. Sandberg obtained his medical degree from the University of Virginia, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He then completed a fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity at the University of Virginia. He is board certified and a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
