He is also board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Feoktistov graduated in 1998 with a diploma with Highest Honors (Summa Cum Laude) and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Moscow Medical Academy, where he also completed his residency at the Department of Neurology.
