Dr. Bari graduated from Jinnah Sindh Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan. After completing her education, she pursued further training, completing internships in internal medicine and genitourinary surgery at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center and Dow Medical College. 

In addition, Dr. Bari has completed specialized training in anesthesiology at the Medical College of Georgia, internal medicine at Prince George’s Hospital, as well as cardiac anesthesia at the University of Alabama. David Gale, MD, is an interventional pain management specialist at Alliance Spine & Pain in Cartersville and Marietta, Georgia. 

A thought leader in Georgia, Dr. Gale has been instrumental in crafting Georgia state legislation regarding pain management. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and was previously the organization’s president.

Passionate about pursuing health care, Dr. Rosenfeld received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He later completed an internship in General Surgery at LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
