David Gale, MD, is an interventional pain management specialist at Alliance Spine & Pain in Cartersville and Marietta, Georgia. 

A thought leader in Georgia, Dr. Gale has been instrumental in crafting Georgia state legislation regarding pain management. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and was previously the organization’s president.
