Afroze A. Hai, MD, specializes in internal medicine and pediatrics at Healthy Horizons Clinic in Pasadena, Texas. She has 29 years of experience, with over 24 years as a pediatrician.
Dr. Hai completed her medical school and pediatrics residency training in India. She then moved to the United States and pursued post-graduate training in a pediatrics residency program at Michigan State University in East Lansing. She practiced in Michigan for 20 years before moving to Houston to be closer to family.
She has been an advocate for children in her community and loves preventive medicine. Dr. Hai loves her role in taking care of children’s physical and mental health. Joshua Rotenberg, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist with unique triple subspecialty certification in epilepsy, brain injury and sleep medicine. He provides high-quality, individualized care for infants, children, and adolescents at Houston Specialty Clinic locations in Houston and Sugar Land, Texas. Dr. Rotenberg earned his undergraduate, graduate, and medical degrees at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Rotenberg received the USAF Health Professions Scholarship and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF in 1991. He stayed at Brown to complete dual degrees: Doctor of Medicine and Master of Medical Science - Community Health. Then, Dr. Rotenberg finished an internship in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital an affiliate of New York University. Called to active duty, he served in the United States Air Force for 10 years. Assigned to a aerospace research he served an operational assignment before returning to training. Dr. Rotenberg completed a full 3 year general pediatrics residency at Wright Patterson AFB and Dayton Children’s Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Mammen completed her undergraduate education at Villanova University. She then earned her medical degree in 2001 from Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After medical school, she attended the University of Connecticut for her pediatric residency. Dr. Mammen worked in Connecticut for 3 years before moving to Texas in 2007. Her medical interests include breastfeeding, ADHD, and asthma.
Dr. Mammen lives in Katy with her husband Sandeep, a local dentist, and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and working out. On the weekends, she spends a significant amount of time at her kids' basketball games and track meets.
Dr. Silvey completed her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine. She completed her residency at UT Houston in the Houston Medical Center and previously worked in Sugar Land prior to moving to Westside Pediatrics. Her medical interests include nutrition, development, ADHD, and allergies. She is also certified in integrative medicine, a form of holistic medicine that focuses on the complete physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of a patient.
Dr. Silvey lives in Spring Branch with her husband Phillip and their baby cat, Rajah. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to music festivals, cooking, exercising, and watching and attending football games.
