Asmaa Fotouh, MD, is a skilled pediatrician who founded Katy Pediatric Associates in Katy, Texas, in 1989. She has been practicing medicine for over 30 years.

Dr. Fotouh earned her medical degree from Cairo University Faculty of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt. After graduating, she relocated to the United States and went on to complete a residency in General Pediatrics at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune City, New Jersey. Dr. Fotouh is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Mammen completed her undergraduate education at Villanova University. She then earned her medical degree in 2001 from Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After medical school, she attended the University of Connecticut for her pediatric residency. Dr. Mammen worked in Connecticut for 3 years before moving to Texas in 2007. Her medical interests include breastfeeding, ADHD, and asthma.

Dr. Mammen lives in Katy with her husband Sandeep, a local dentist, and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and working out. On the weekends, she spends a significant amount of time at her kids' basketball games and track meets.

Dr. Agnes Kisch earned her medical degree in 1982 at the Medical School of Debrecen in Hungary and completed her residency in Pediatrics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). Her medical interests include allergic conditions, asthma, nutrition, development, and healthy living.

Happily married with two adult sons, Dr. Kisch enjoys cultural events and outdoor activities in her spare time.

Dr. Stacey Gallas earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She completed her internship at The University of Colorado and her residency at Baylor College of Medicine. Her medical interests include: nutrition, development, allergies, asthma, and dermatology. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children, cooking, and working out.

Dr. Silvey completed her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine. She completed her residency at UT Houston in the Houston Medical Center and previously worked in Sugar Land prior to moving to Westside Pediatrics. Her medical interests include nutrition, development, ADHD, and allergies. She is also certified in integrative medicine, a form of holistic medicine that focuses on the complete physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of a patient.

Dr. Silvey lives in Spring Branch with her husband Phillip and their baby cat, Rajah. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to music festivals, cooking, exercising, and watching and attending football games.

Dr. Douglas LaCour grew up locally, graduating from Klein Forest High School. He then earned his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Texas in Austin and his Medical Degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. LaCour has been in private practice in the Spring area since 2000. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, the American College of Pediatrics and the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. In his free time, Dr. LaCour enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys all water activities, especially sailing, in which he is certified by the American Sailing Association.

Dr. Mustafa Moazam is a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist. He graduated from Deccan College Of Medical  Sciences in 2000 and did his residency at Oklahoma University and Fellowship at Akron Children's Hospital. Dr. Moazam enjoys spending time with his family and watching movies during his free time. Dr. Moazam is available for televisits only for Hematology and Oncology pediatric patients. He will begin offering Pediatric Psychiatry televisit appointments starting in January 2022.

Afroze A. Hai, MD, specializes in internal medicine and pediatrics at Healthy Horizons Clinic in Pasadena, Texas. She has 29 years of experience, with over 24 years as a pediatrician. 

Dr. Hai completed her medical school and pediatrics residency training in India. She then moved to the United States and pursued post-graduate training in a pediatrics residency program at Michigan State University in ​​East Lansing. She practiced in Michigan for 20 years before moving to Houston to be closer to family. 

She has been an advocate for children in her community and loves preventive medicine. Dr. Hai loves her role in taking care of children’s physical and mental health.
