Dr. Jonathan Stone is double board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and by the American Board of Pain Medicine. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then received a Bachelor of Science in Medicine from the University of South Dakota. Dr. Stone received his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. He has practiced in Montana, South Dakota, and Tennessee before joining Florida Pain Medicine.
Dr. Stone performs a variety of interventional pain procedures utilizing ultrasound and fluoroscopic guidance. These include nerve blocks, radiofrequency neurotomies, joint injections, spinal injections, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, kyphoplasty, and other procedures. Dr. Stone enjoys learning new skills so that he is able to provide his patients with the most current and cutting edge treatment modalities.
