Dr. Jaime Robledo is a double board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology, with over 25 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain. He is the Medical Director of Advanced Interventional Pain Consultants, serving patients throughout West Houston, Katy, Cypress, Sealy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, and surrounding communities.
Widely recognized for his compassionate care and clinical excellence, Dr. Robledo specializes in interventional pain management, with a focus on spinal pain, back and neck pain, neuropathic pain, and minimally invasive procedures. He combines advanced, evidence-based techniques with a personalized approach to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.
Dr. Robledo earned his medical degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in 1997. He completed his transitional internship in 1994 and residency in Anesthesiology in 1997 at Baylor College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident and received the Outstanding Resident Award. He went on to complete a fellowship in Cardiovascular Anesthesiology at the University of Washington Medical Center in 1998.
After several years in private anesthesiology practice, Dr. Robledo returned to the University of Washington to complete a second fellowship in Pain Management in 2008. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and maintains his certification through the MOCA 2.0 program by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Robledo is passionate about medical education and safe pain management practices. He has served as a speaker for the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Program, educating physicians on the responsible use of opioid medications. He is also a faculty member of the North American Spine Society’s Fellowship Teaching Program, mentoring future pain specialists.
