He completed the Long Beach Memorial Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in Long Beach, California, followed by the Allegheny Health Network Pain Medicine Fellowship in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2023, he obtained his obesity medicine certification from the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Dydyk’s free time is primarily spent with his wife, three young children, extended family, and friends. Nothing is better for him than making breakfast with kids on the weekends or going out with his wife. He loves cooking, going to the gym and lifting weights, watching movies, and playing professional basketball.

Dr. Serafini earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. He attended the University of Pittsburgh for is Bachelors degree. He holds an Arizona state license to practice chiropractic, with a certification for physiotherapy, termed physical medicine modalities and therapeutic procedures.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Serafini devotes his time to educating the community about the benefits of chiropractic. He is a keynote speaker for the Foundation for Wellness Professionals. He also has served as the official chiropractor of the Gateway Pro Golf Tour.
Dr. Serafini’s skill as a chiropractor has been widely recognized with numerous area awards. Most recently, he was named both a 2019 Top Doctor and a 2019 Top Chiropractor. Valley Spinal Care Kierland has been honored as the Best of Scottsdale for five years running.

Violetta Melkum FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Interventional Pain Management.
Originally from Colorado, Violet’s undergraduate training began at Metropolitan State University where she double-majored in Biology and Organic Chemistry. She then went on to complete another Bachelors in Nursing, as well as obtaining her Masters degree in Nursing Leadership in Healthcare Administration. She then went on to obtain a Post-Masters degree, earning her Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
She has worked in areas including Emergency Medicine and Radiology, as well as teaching Nursing programs at a local University.
She is trained in identifying and implementing intervention pain management treatments, and is currently providing care to patients at Integrated Pain Consultants in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Dr. Anne-Marie Cosijns received her medical degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from the medical program at the University of Antwerp in Belgium, Germany. Prior to her medical training, Dr. Cosijns was accepted into a residency in general surgery in New York City, NY. Dr. Cosijns then completed three years of Emergency Medical Residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY where she became, board certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Cosijns worked in emergency medicine for eight years before furthering her education to be a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Medicine in 2002.
