Dr. Kumar does not take the conventional pain management approach and strives to offer his patients the latest techniques. Neal Taub, MD, is the medical director of Charlotte Ketamine Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. His background in pain management led him to evidence-based, FDA-approved ketamine treatments for chronic pain as well as many psychological conditions. 

Dr. Taub graduated magna cum laude with his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at the Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston. He served his internship at AMI Presbyterian Denver Hospital before returning to Houston to complete his residency training at Baylor University. 

Dr. Taub presented or published his work at more than 15 conferences including the American College of Rehabilitation Medicine and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.
