Anh L. Ngo, MD MBA, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and a Harvard-trained interventional pain medicine physician at Pain Specialty Group in Newmarket and Newington, New Hampshire. Dr. Ngo takes a multidisciplinary approach to pain management, offering the most effective and innovative treatments available, from interventional procedures to holistic approaches, to help his patients find relief from their pain for a better quality of life.
Dr. Ngo completed his undergraduate degree from the School of Biological Sciences, Doctorate of Medicine from the School of Medicine, and Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Technology Management from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Ngo completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles and worked in private practice for a decade prior to pursuing an academic career as faculty at Harvard Medical School. He completed his fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Harvard University.

Dr. Ngo served as a facultyat the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine and then Harvard Medical School and is currently a member of the Committee on Admissions at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ngo is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Academy of Pain Medicine, North American Neuromodulation Society, International Neuromodulation Society, American Society of Ketamine Physicians and the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience. He is trained to perform numerous specialized and advanced-pain management procedures, including spinal cord stimulation, intrathecal pump therapy, kyphoplasty, radiofrequency ablation of tumors in the vertebral spine, and minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD) procedure. Dr. Ngo performed the first-ever MILD procedure in New Hampshire Seacoast. Dr. Ngo is published nationally and internationally in academic journals and medical textbooks as well as has lectured at many professional societies and meetings, including the American Academy of Rheumatology, American Telehealth Association, and the American Association of peri-Operative Registered Nurses.
Throughout his training and career, Dr. Ngo has given much of his time back to the communities he serves and has started many nonprofit organizations, including The Orange County Swim for Kids, The Vietnamese Community Camp for Kids, and UCI CampMed.

Joshua Duggan is a Board Certified Physician Assistant since 2008. Starting with a fascination with genetics, biochemistry and cell biology during his undergraduate years at Stony Brook University in New York, Joshua taught science in high school for several years before enrolling in the advanced level Physician Assistant Program at Touro College in Bayshore, New York, where he earned a Master’s degree.
After a few years practicing as a Physician Assistant in New York, Joshua and his wife found that New Hampshire’s Seacoast had a lot to offer their family and relocated to raise their daughters. He remains excited to serve the Seacoast community by being part of a team that provides excellent medical care, enables him to appropriately diagnose and treat patients, and allows him to educate patients about their health conditions and recommended treatments in a way that is understandable and empowers patients to actively participate in their own care.
Joshua loves doing anything that involves spending time with his wife and three daughters. He has a particular interest in hiking /naturalism, literature, movies, the philosophy of art, the philosophy of religion and the power of narrative in our lives.
Manuel G. Sanchez, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician at Pain Specialty Group in Newmarket and Newington, New Hampshire. He has been a pillar in providing comprehensive pain care in New Hampshire for over 30 years and is highly respected and sought out for his services.
Dr. Sanchez utilizes a wide range of approaches and techniques to provide pain relief, including interventional procedures, medication management, innovative therapies, and holistic approaches.
Dr. Sanchez emigrated to the Americas from Spain as a child and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Mexico City, graduating summa cum laude at the top of his class. He went on to complete his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Toronto Hospitals in Canada, rising to the ranks of Chief Resident, where he remained to complete his subspecialty fellowship training in cardiac anesthesiology and then joined the medical school faculty.
After serving as a faculty lecturer at the University of Toronto School of Medicine and as aneducational leader in pain management, Dr. Sanchez relocated to the New Hampshire Seacoast in 1989, and he has been providing innovative andcomprehensive interventional pain management ever since.
Devoted to his career, Dr. Sanchez is board certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Anesthesiology, the American Board of Anesthesiology, and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He’s also a member of many professional organizations, including the Ontario Medical Association, New England Pain Association, New Hampshire Medical Society, and Rockingham County Medical Association. Dr. Sanchez has also published in multiple academic journals, nationally and internationally.
