She worked at Reston Surgical Center in Reston, Virginia, and currently has consulting privileges at Reston Hospital. After practicing as a physiatrist at Town Center Orthopedics in Reston, Virginia, Dr. Clop joined National Spine & Pain Centers in Aldie, Virginia.

Alana Hamilton is an enthusiastic physical therapist practicing at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. She likes to incorporate Pilates and yoga-based physical therapy to address all forms of orthopedic concerns. Her specialties include hip pathologies, balance impairments, prenatal and postpartum populations.
Alana is a proud Hokie from Virginia Tech where she won the award, Outstanding Student of the Year in her major in biology. In addition, she holds a minor in psychology and sociology. Following graduation, she immediately got her doctorate from Radford University. During school, she had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings but loved the hard work and wide range of knowledge that is required in an outpatient clinic. She has experience with patients of all ages and abilities and loves to combine manual techniques with exercise for reinforcement. Her goal is to get her patients back to their goals and living a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Since having kids, Alana is passionate about serving the prenatal and postpartum populations to help support them during this special time. Her goal is to help keep moms active, strong, and healthy to feel empowered and supported to take care of themselves and their growing families.
She is an avid fan of Pilates, running, and hiking. On the weekends, she can be found hanging out with her family and baby as well as doing Spartan races with her old physical therapy classmates and friends. She is a big believer that during rehabilitation, "Motion is the Lotion" and that staying active is key to remaining healthy.

John Sartore is originally from Evansville, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. Since his graduation from Marymount University in 2001, John has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Prior to starting Advantage Physical Therapy, John was the clinic manager at a busy outpatient rehabilitation office in Washington, DC. This office was the exclusive provider of physical therapy for the Washington Wizards and Washington Mystics. Following his time there, John worked with one of the top orthopedic surgery groups in Northern Virginia for five years. He was responsible for the care of patients following a variety of surgical procedures including ACL reconstruction, arthroscopic knee surgeries, total knee replacement surgery, total hip replacement surgery, arthroscopic hip labral repair, rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic shoulder labral repair, tennis elbow repair and ankle ligament reconstructions.
John has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions. While he specializes in the recovery from orthopedic and sports injuries, John has worked closely with both pediatric and geriatric populations. His treatment approach combines the use of manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, functional strengthening exercises and patient education to help his patients meet their rehabilitative goals.
He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and he strives to keep up with the most current rehabilitation research and treatments through continuing education courses in order to provide his patients the best care possible.

Stacey Stuart provides a variety of physical therapy services to adult and youth patients at Advantage Physical Therapy in Falls Church, Virginia. She specializes in pediatric physical therapy services, developmental delays, and the diagnosis and treatment of Torticollis, or wry neck. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve the best possible overall health.
She is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She received a scholarship to play Division I Field Hockey at Duke University and graduated in 2004 with a major in Environmental Science and Policy. After several knee surgeries and a few years working as a government consultant, Stacey decided to make a change and headed back to school to study physical therapy. She graduated from George Washington University in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at GW, she discovered her love of treating the pediatric population during an internship at Georgetown University Hospital.
Stacey specializes in working with children with Torticollis, developmental delay, CP, hypotonia, Spina Bifida, Down’s Syndrome, Autism, and a variety of rare syndromes. Her treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, NDT, patient-specific therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and patient/parent education. When Stacey is not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young sons. She also enjoys staying active and heading back to the beach as often as possible.

Dr. Taylor Goodwill earned a degree in Cellular Biology at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She relocated to the area to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Taylor’s passion for physical therapy comes from her extensive sports coaching background and athletic experiences as an NCAA Women’s Lacrosse player.
Taylor specializes in treating a variety of sports injuries, post-operative, and orthopedic conditions. She has performed clinics for American University’s athletes on ACL injury prevention as well as sports screenings for athletes at Marymount University. Her therapy philosophy involves a multifactorial approach that makes each patient’s treatment individualized. Taylor strives to educate and motivate her patients about their conditions and give them the tools for long-term management and injury prevention.
Taylor is a certified dry-needling therapist (CMTPT) and is trained in blood flow restriction therapy. Through specialized exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, Taylor wants her patients to get back to doing the activities they love to do.
When she is not treating, Taylor enjoys coaching and playing lacrosse, cooking, hiking, and is on a mission to find the best deli in VA.
