Tariq Hilal, DO, MS, is a sports and spine physician practicing at South Coast Sports and Spine Medicine in Los Alamitos, California. His mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients living throughout Southern California suffering from musculoskeletal and spinal pain conditions.
Dr. Hilal completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California Irvine, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. He then went on to study at Drexel University College of Medicine, where he earned his Masters in Medical Sciences in 2008. Dr. Hilal earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 2012. Leia Rispoli, MD, is an experienced interventional pain medicine physician who offers exceptional pain management and physiatry services to patients in and around Marina Del Rey and Newport Beach, California.
Double board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management, Dr. Rispoli has a profound empathy for patients suffering severe or prolonged pain. She uses innovative, non-surgical interventions alongside evidence-based treatments to restore function and reduce or eliminate her patients’ pain. Her typical patient population includes patients with chronic or acute pain of the low back, neck, peripheral joints, pelvic region, and patients with headaches, but she is highly capable of treating pain of any sort.
Dr. Rispoli studied for her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
