Brett Warner earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Drexel University in Philadelphia. He has experience treating athletes, orthopedic injuries and trauma, and individuals with limb loss. In New York City, he has continued to work, teach, mentor and lead in the outpatient setting.
Brett’s passion for exercise and physical therapy extends to teaching and research. He taught anatomy to undergraduate students, continuing education courses for physical therapists, and public health workshops. Brett led exercise physiology and physical therapy research studies, presenting at regional and national conferences.
Brett is passionate about a whole-body treatment approach, utilizing movement science and manual therapy to remove pain and address the root cause of symptoms. He believes every patient should be equipped and empowered to prevent injury and manage their health independently.

Dr. Katherine Kalaj, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from City University of New York Hunter College. Kat has a wide range of experience working with orthopedic, sports, and neurological clients to rehabilitate after injury. This experience, in addition to her six years as a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified trainer and two years as a competitive powerlifter, informs her biopsychosocial approach to treatment as she creates an individualized plan of care that considers the whole person to help individuals achieve all their movement goals. Kat’s favorite aspect of physical therapy is collaborating to create mobility and strength training programs that help people reach their full potential. Outside of the physical therapy, Kat enjoys competitive powerlifting, cooking, and exploring the city.
Dr. Samuel Chan, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College. As a certified athletic trainer, Sam has worked with a wide range of athletes in the professional, collegiate, and secondary school settings. He blends his knowledge of sports performance and injury prevention to ensure that his clients can continue to move safely, efficiently, and confidently. Sam believes that athletes need to be challenged in their recovery, and incorporates functional movement analysis and strength training principles to unlock their full potential. He utilizes an active and collaborative approach to individualize each program - it’s all about you! Further clinical interests of his include ACL reconstructions and post-operative rehabilitation. When not in the clinic, Sam enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, and hiking.
Dr. Philip Tam received his Doctoral of Physical Therapy from the University of Buffalo and has been practicing in NYC since 2019. He has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses ranging from neurological disorders, cervicogenic headaches, patellofemoral pain, achilles tendinopathy, as well as post-operative cases such as ACL reconstruction, bunionectomies and joint replacements. He has had the pleasure of working with an extensive patient population ranging from high school athletes, weekend warriors, and those at the collegiate and professional level. His treatment philosophy is to always tailor the treatment plan towards the individual and to always work towards their intended goal. Outside of physical therapy, he enjoys playing basketball, working out, spending time with friends and family and learning new things through reading and interacting with new people.
Paul So, MD, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at Orthocenter, a prestigious orthopedic practice in Redbank and Morganville, New Jersey. A New Jersey native, Dr. So studied at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies with a minor in Nutritional Science. He remained at Rutgers for medical school and was awarded the Annual Medical Student Award in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. So studied at Morristown Medical Center for his internship before completing his residency training at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in New Jersey. Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India. He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013. He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.
Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. During his time in Stony Brook’s Physical Therapy program, he completed clinical affiliations in acute care, pediatric, and outpatient vestibular/neurological/orthopedics. Since graduating, he has worked in an outpatient clinic and In-Home PT. All this has allowed him to treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a variety of cases ranging from neurological deficits to orthopedic pathology. Dr. Sinchi's areas of interest are in orthopedics, post-surgical care, and neurological rehabilitation. Most importantly, I take pride in developing an effective treatment plan for each individual to help them obtain or regain each of their needs and goals in physical therapy. .
Dan earned his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University. Upon graduating, Dan was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society and later received a perfect score on his National Physical Therapy Licensing Boards. His previous academic achievements have reflected his commitment to his education and the profession as a whole.
As part of his Doctoral training, Dan completed multiple clinical rotations across various clinical settings in order to become a well rounded clinician. While at Kingsbrook Medical Center he treated various post-surgical orthopedic and neurological conditions as well as patients with acute traumatic brain injury in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. He accumulated experience working with various orthopedic cases and sports related injuries while completing 2 outpatient rotations in Manhattan. Dan has accrued experience working within a fast paced and complex acute care setting at New York Presbyterian. Here, he worked closely with the medical team evaluating and treating various conditions across multiple medical floors and ICUs with an emphasis on acute stroke rehabilitation.
Dan’s treatment approach is a comprehensive combination of modern pain science education, hands on manual therapy, structured and progressive corrective exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to restore proper movement patterns, promote optimal outcomes and prevent future injury while honoring each patient’s unique goals. He promotes a patient first approach with a very strong emphasis on active involvement and open communication which facilitates patient independence. He has extensive experience evaluating and treating various orthopedic, spinal, and sports related injuries as well as a multitude of neurological diagnoses; specifically vertigo and related vestibular dysfunctions.
