Dr. Vinod Somareddy, PT, DPT, is the founder and president of Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy with locations throughout New York in Farmingdale, Great Neck, North Shore Towers, Oceanside, Woodbury, Bayside, Deer Park, and Upper Westside of New York Cit. As the eldest son in the family, Dr. Somareddy decided to honor his father’s own dedication to patient care, naming his practice after him. Dr. Marcelo del Rio, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist for 5 years. Marcelo received my Doctorate Degree at Long Island University - Brooklyn. He has been in out-patient PT for 3 years is now doing in-home physical therapy with Reddy Care. His favorite condition to treat would include any neurological condition (Parkinoson's, MS etc.) as he is able to utilize his knowledge to help improve these patients' functional ability.

Stelios Liotopoulos, PTA joined Reddy Care Physical Therapy in December of 2008, however, he began practicing in 1994. Stelios enjoys his career and his ability to interact with his patients. Stelios moved to the United States in 1989 when he was 22 years old and began working for his uncle in the fur import and export business. While working there, he attended classes to learn English. In his free time, he played soccer as it was a passion of his since he was young. Stelios played on a semi-professional team in both Greece and the US, and his passion for sports spurred his interest in physical education and exercise physiology which he studied at Queens College. Over time, he because more familiar with physical therapy as a profession and later switched majors to pursue his degree as a physical therapy assistant from LaGuardia Community College. Over the last 25 years, he has been practicing physical therapy. Stelios has also taken many continuing education courses that involve manual techniques. The techniques he has learned allow him to enhance the way he treats his patients and help to improve their recovery to get them back to their daily activities free from pain and discomfort.

Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.

Prabal Singh, PT, DPT received his Bachelors Degree in physical therapy while in India.  He then continued his education and received a Masters of Neuroscience from Columbia University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook. He has been practicing physical therapy since 2010 and has been working at Reddy Care since 2013.  He loves to treat neurological patients and enjoys watching cricket and soccer games during his free time.

Dr. Adam Barga, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy providing in-home care for Reddy Care patients in Manhattan. He graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2017, having completed a wide variety of clinical experiences including hospital, outpatient, and international rehabilitation settings. He relocated from Indiana to New York following PT school and has worked with the US Army, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic (of which he served as clinic director), and in home care serving children with special needs. Adam has experience with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic post-surgical care, post-concussion rehab, balance and dizziness, pediatric and adolescent care, and he especially enjoys working with older adults who need a boost to improve their daily activity level. Alena Polesin, MD, is a board-certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician), and also specializes in sport and pain medicine. She is proud to serve patients at New Jersey Pain Management, with offices in Morristown, and Rockaway.

Nicole attended Ithaca College and graduated with her Master’s of Science Degree in 2000 (MS). She is a licensed of Physical Therapist (PT). Upon graduation, she immediately pursued her passion for pediatrics at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she worked for 8 years. After moving back to New Jersey with her two boys in order to be closer to her family, she took a position in a leadership role at Children’s Specialized Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Throughout her career, she also has had experience working in skilled nursing facilities with patients of various ages and diagnoses. She has a love for children with special needs and looks forward to volunteering with the Special Olympics this fall. She is excited to be furthering her pediatric career at Kids’ Therapy Center!

Dr. Sara Biscoe PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine.

Dr. Biscoe graduated from McDaniel College in 2022 with a BA in Kinesiology and an AA in Spanish. While at McDaniel, she was a member of the women’s soccer team helping bring the team to their first ever Centennial Conference championship in 2021! Dr. Biscoe continued her education at Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, where she graduated in 2025. As a student PT Dr. Biscoe gained valuable experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care trauma and pediatrics.  Growing up as an athlete Dr. Biscoe has always had a passion for sports, and she wanted to pursue a career where she could impact the life of athletes the same way Physical Therapists helped her return to the sports that she loved. 

Dr. Biscoe has plans to continue learning with interests in manual therapy, pediatrics and neuro-rehabilitation

When she’s not at the clinic Dr. Biscoe enjoys spending time with her husband and cat, watching hockey, going to concerts and lifting weights at the gym.
