Gautam Kothari, DO, is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics, with offices in Hamilton, Lawrenceville, and Princeton, New Jersey, and Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kothari grew up in northern New Jersey, where his family still resides. He was accepted into an accelerated seven-year medical program directly from high school. He completed his undergraduate studies in three years at the New York Institute of Technology and then went on for his medical schooling at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, where he served as chief resident in his final year.
Dr. Kothari completed additional fellowship training in interventional spine care and sports medicine at Orthopaedic and Spine Specialists in York, Pennsylvania, under Michael Furman, MD, an international figure in the field.
Before joining MBO, Dr. Kothari was a clinical instructor for the Department of PM&R at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition to his clinical duties, he was involved with training medical students and residents. Before his departure, Dr. Kothari was nominated for the title of associate clinical professor.
Dr. Kothari is a published author and has a variety of publications, including most recently a “Pocket Handbook of Spinal Injections,” which is used as a quick reference for doctors in training.
He has a special interest in spinal disorders and musculoskeletal injuries and performs various fluoroscopically-guided procedures and ultrasound-guided procedures, including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulation.
Dr. Kothari also performs regenerative medicine treatments such as platelet-rich plasma for acute or chronic tendon, joint, muscle, or spinal conditions.

Brandon Frisco, DPT graduated with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2015 and with his DPT from Stockton University in 2018. Brandon is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and practices in our Hamilton, NJ and Langhorne, PA offices. He is certified in vestibular rehabilitation and has experience treating various musculoskeletal conditions. In his free time, he enjoys weight lifting, riding his motorcycle, and hanging out with his wife and son.

Prarthana Gururaj earned her Master's in Physical Therapy from the College of Allied Health Sciences in India. Frank Moceri, LPT, is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. About Dr. Woghiren
Physical therapist Peter Woghiren, DPT, is one of the owners of Riverwalk Physical Therapy providing exceptional services to patients in Raritan, New Jersey.
Dr. Woghiren earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he graduated summa cum laude in the top 10% of his class. After his graduation from Rutgers, Dr. Woghiren studied for his doctor of physical therapy degree at Columbia University in New York City. During his time at Columbia, Dr. Woghiren took specialized courses on sports rehabilitation, completed the advanced track in orthopedics, and presented his Capstone Project titled "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome of the Shoulder."
Dr. Woghiren has completed clinical affiliations in outpatient orthopedic, outpatient hospital-based, and acute care settings throughout Central Jersey. He's worked with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric patients, and has extensive experience in treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions. Dr. Woghiren is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Woghiren's passion for exercising and pursuing a healthy lifestyle originated in high school, where he played soccer and basketball and ran track and field. He enjoys participating in CrossFit and has experience demonstrating the correct exercise technique and injury prevention methods to the CrossFit community. Casey received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Rutgers University, where she was inducted into the National Student Honor Society. In her graduate program, Casey was a Teaching Assistant for the course Neuroscience, teaching the foundational basis for disorders of neurological origin. Before that, she attended Rutgers University and received her Bachelor of Science as an Exercise Science major with a minor in Psychology. Here she was a teaching assistant for her Exercise and Aging course. Both experiences as teaching assistants fostered her love of training, teaching, and patience.
Casey experienced her clinical affiliations in outpatient orthopedics, acute care, school-based pediatrics, hippotherapy, and inpatient rehab. In these settings, she worked with a wide range of diagnoses stemming from musculoskeletal, neurologic, and cardiopulmonary origins, with demographics ranging from pediatric through geriatric.
Casey encourages regular movement and physical well-being in her own life with some of her passions being hiking, biking, rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding. She also enjoys art projects, reading, and playing guitar, which satisfies her creative side. Additionally, she is a master of working a puzzle.

Philip Pesce, MSPT, is a highly qualified physical therapist and one of the owners of Riverwalk Physical Therapy in Raritan, New Jersey. He grew up in Staten Island, NY and graduated with cum laude from the College of Staten Island. He received his Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998 and has practiced at the renowned Rusk Institute of NYU, then onto Staten Island Hospital, and pediatrics for the NYC Board of Education. Phil was then a therapist for PLUS ONE – providing one on one physical therapy for staff at Goldman Sachs in Jersey City. Over the last 12 years, Phil has predominately worked in outpatient adult and pediatric orthopedic facilities. Phil is the co-owner of Riverwalk Physical Therapy in Basking Ridge, NJ.
Phil has received his Level 1 and 2 certification from the Titleist Performance Institute (a division of Titleist Corporation) to work on restoring lost function and movement with reference to golf fitness. Phil is committed to life long learning by attending classes every year. Phil’s 3 most recent courses include: Sports-Related Injuries in the Young Athlete, Injuries in the Running Athlete, and Evidence Based Examination of the Shoulder. Phil continually keeps informed of the most up to date and proven manual therapy techniques and stays current with post- operative protocols. Offering expert care to New Jersey residents, Michael A. Romello, MD, is committed to putting his patients first. Board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Romello brings his expertise in non-operative musculoskeletal care and interventional pain management to the team at Orthocenter.
Dr. Romello received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. While there, he was a 4-year starter and 2-year captain of the Ursinus baseball team and graduated Magna Cum laude. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Romello went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ/Rutgers) in Newark. Dr. Romello did his internship in Internal Medicine at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, followed by his Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UMDNJ/Kessler institute for Rehabilitation.
Dr. Romello then went on to complete Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management from Lags Spine and Sports Care in Santa Maria, California. While there, he received additional training in non-operative care of spine, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports related injuries. In addition to spinal procedures, Dr. Romello also gained further experience in electrodiagnostic testing (EMG) as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound guided procedures.
As a part of the Orthocenter team, Dr. Romello focuses on neck and back pain management. He provides comprehensive non operative care for his patients including spinal procedures under fluoroscopic guidance such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and joint injections. He performs dorsal column spinal cord stimulator trials and works closely with the orthopedic spine team for permanent placement of spinal cord stimulators.
Dr. Romello is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, (AAPM&R), the North American Spine Society (NASS), Spine Intervention Society (SIS) and the New Jersey Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
