David R. Warren, DPM, a member of the team of physicians at Arlington/Mansfield Foot & Ankle Centers in Arlington and Mansfield, Texas, for over 15 years, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with a comprehensive range of experience in the medical field. Dr. Warren had his start in pharmacy before making the switch to podiatry and patient care, relocating to Texas in 2003. Dr. Warren is committed to the health and recovery of each of his patients.
Dr. Warren earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Georgia in Athens. After spending four years in the pharmacy industry, Dr. Warren attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, Missouri.
Prior to joining the Arlington/Mansfield Foot & Ankle Centers, Dr. Warren practiced in both Georgia and Florida. He has a special interest in the medical and surgical management of adult dysfunctional flat foot deformity, helping patients uncover the best options for treating their individual condition. Dr. Warren also uses his expertise for volunteer opportunities; he’s served as a member of the surgical team for the Ninos de la Frontera medical mission in Mexico.
Outside the office, Dr. Warren spends time with his wife, Kate, and their two children. He enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team and taking tae kwon do with his children. Dr. Warren is also a private pilot.

Based out of the Arlington, Texas, office, Dr. Landry is committed to making pain-free living a reality for all his patients by using the latest in technology and offering both surgical and non-surgical options for his patients. Dr. Landry attended Wayne State University in Detroit, where he graduated with honors with a degree in biology. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Landry graduated magna cum laude with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He stayed in the Midwest for his surgical residency at Monsignor Clement Kern Hospital For Special Surgery in Warren, Michigan, where he remained in private practice and as an adjunct faculty member of the hospital until relocating to Texas. Dr, Landry has been a Texas resident since 1993, along with his wife, Julie, and their four adult children. When he isn’t in the office, Dr. Landry spends much of his time volunteering at his church and with the youth in the Arlington community. He is a past chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington and currently serves as an officer on the Executive Committee and member of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County. His wife Julie is also active in the community as a member of The Ladies Auxiliary of Arlington as well as Women Inspiring Philanthropy. She is a volunteer at Cook Children’s Hospital and is active in the AISD AWARE Foundation. With four married children and seven grandchildren, Dr. Landry and his wife focus on family. Born and raised in Northern India, Dr. Tiwari emigrated to the United States in 1997. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, she moved to Ohio for medical school.

She worked at the International Center of Limb Lengthening for two years and was trained under some of the finest doctors. For his residency, Dr. De Yoe entered the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Program in Houston, Texas. This program is widely regarded as one of the top surgical residency programs in the nation.

Matthew Hausenfluke, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at North Texas Foot & Ankle, which has locations in Dallas and Garland, Texas.
Prior to founding North Texas Foot & Ankle, Dr. Hausenfluke spent several years practicing surgical foot and ankle reconstruction at the Foot and Ankle Institute at Monrovia, California, where he participated in the BAJA Project for Crippled Children, spending two years, off and on, serving children in clinics in and around the Mexicali, Mexico, area. During that period, Dr. Hausenfluke spent almost every weekend treating pediatric limb deformities with conservative care and surgical reconstruction. “I got to know the children so well,” comments Hausenfluke, “I could recognize their cries from another room. They were very special to me, and I thoroughly enjoyed my work there. There’s nothing like healing children.”
Dr. Hausenfluke also dedicated a great deal of time to third-world pediatric intervention through “Operation Footprint,” sponsored by the Rotary Club in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where he volunteered his skills in the treatment of pediatric congenital limb deformities.
In January of 2005, Dr. Hausenfluke joined a medical team based out of Baylor hospital of Garland. The surgical mission performed 53 surgical procedures at the Predisan mission in Catacamas, Honduras.
From 2005-2007, Dr. Hausenfluke led a medical team along with E3 ministries to the Amazon basin in South America. The team spent seven days going from river village to river village, establishing daily clinics to care for the needs of the Brazillian natives. “I grew a new respect for those who live off the land, and I truly admire the people of the Amazon Basin.”
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in biomedical science, Dr. Hausenfluke attended Des Moines University in Iowa, where he earned his doctorate in podiatry. He then began his residency at the Veteran’s Administration and Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. There he mastered his skills in the treatment of diabetic limb salvage and diabetes-associated ailments. Dr. Hausenfluke has said, “It is my sincerest desire to help heal my patients with as little discomfort and inconvenience as possible.”
Dr. Hausenfluke has a conservative perspective on treatment options and surgical intervention, which considers the patient’s entire body. “I try to achieve a more functional result with conservative treatment options and a heavy emphasis on biomechanics,” explains Hausenfluke. “This philosophy is very important in the patient’s daily activities, as well as in sports-related injuries.”
Dr. Hausenfluke is a native Texan from Abilene. In his spare time, he enjoys sports activities, including distance running, backpacking, cycling, and woodworking. Dr. Hausenfluke is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Christian Morrison was raised in northern Idaho, and earned his bachelor of sciences degree with an emphasis in microbiology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He then went on to earn his doctorate in podiatric medicine and surgery from California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA.
Dr. Morrison served as chief resident in the Department of Surgery's devision of Podiatric Surgery at Baylor Scott & White in Temple, TX, and has been published in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Morrison is a member of Texas Podiatric Medical Association as well as the American Podiatric Medical Association and Minimally Invasive Foot & Ankle Society (MIFAS).

Dr. Asif Khan was raised in the metro Detroit area, and earned his bachelor degree from the University of Michigan, Dearborn. He then went on to earn his doctorate in podiatric medicine and surgery from California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, CA.
Dr. Khan retuned to Michigan to complete his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Beaumont Health, where he served as Chief Resident his final year of training. He then went on to complete fellowship, also at Beaumont Health, in Diabetic Limb Salvage and Wound Care.
Dr. Khan is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). He also holds the Certificate of Added Qualification in Amputation Prevention and Wound Care issued by the ABPM. Dr. Khan's research has been published in multiple medical journals .
In his free time, Dr. Khan enjoys spending time with is wife and son. He is looking forward to calling Texas home and serving the Dallas community.

Scott Nelson, DPM, is a highly skilled podiatrist serving patients at Foot & Ankle Medical Clinic in Garland, Texas. As a family-oriented husband and father, Dr. Nelson fosters a warm, friendly environment at his practice.
Dr. Nelson graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, in 2001. Throughout his four years of residency, he served the United States government in the South Dakota Black Hills before completing a three-year surgical program in Denver, Colorado.
At the practice, Dr. Nelson puts his patients first, taking the time to answer any questions they may have. He is well-versed in treating various issues and also helping patients prevent severe foot and ankle conditions.
When Dr. Nelson isn’t treating patients at his small, close-knit practice, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and bicycle riding with his beloved wife and their three boys.
