Dr. Devin Bland graduated from Midwestern University in 2013. After graduation, he completed his surgical residency at the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Bland chose to further his surgical skill set by completing one of the premier lower extremity reconstruction fellowships with the American Foundation of Lower Extremity Surgery and Research. Dr. Bland welcomes all forms of pathology. He has a special interest in Charcot Reconstruction, Total Ankle Arthroplasty, Revision Surgery, Pediatrics, and other complex presentations.
Dr. Bland holds multiple board certifications. He currently practices in a multispecialty group in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Bland is adjunct faculty at Midwestern University. He often precepts students and gives back to younger doctors completing their training. Dr. Bland has received many awards and recognition for his surgical ability in treating advanced and revisional pathology. He has authored textbook chapters relating to bone grafting, and continues to publish leading research. Kelvin S. Crezee DPM, FACFAS, of Ahwatukee Foot & Ankle Center in Phoenix and Maricopa, Arizona, is double board-certified in surgery and medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of California at Berkeley. He then moved on to complete medical school in San Francisco with honors followed by a highly prestigious, multi-year surgical residency program near Detroit at Kern Hospital for Specialty Foot and Ankle Surgery. His training included trauma and reconstructive surgery in adult and pediatrics.
In addition, Dr. Crezee has specialty training in diabetes and sports medicine. Continuing with his academic endeavors, Dr. Crezee has served as an Associated Clinical professor at several medical schools and helped found the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Administration Podiatric Surgical Residency Program, the largest Foot and Ankle residency training program in Arizona where he continues to train young surgeons. Dr. Crezee has been serving our veterans for over 25 years.

Dr. Brian J. Hiapo Jr, DPM, AACFAS, DABPM, is an experienced Board Certified Podiatrist and the co-founder of Arizona Foot and Ankle Medical Center in Laveen, Arizona. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Hiapo can communicate thoroughly with patients of varying backgrounds and needs. He frequently treats patients with heel pain, ingrown nails, bunions, hammertoes, ulcerations, and all other foot and ankle conditions that lead to pain and discomfort.
Dr. Hiapo began his education at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he was also an accomplished member of the nationally-ranked men's volleyball team. It is because of his passion for all things sports-related that he chose to become a specialist in foot and ankle sports-related injuries and injury prevention. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Latin American studies before attending Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, Florida, for his medical training.

Marta Riniker, DPM, is a fellowship-trained and board certified foot and ankle surgical podiatrist, serving patients at Phoenix Foot and Ankle Institute's Phoenix, AZ location.
Prior to her career in podiatry, Dr. Riniker attended the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science, laying the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of human health. She went on to study at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where she was a member of the Pi Delta Honors Society and graduated in 2014. She then completed a rigorous three-year foot and ankle surgical residency in Portland, Oregon, honing her skills in foot and ankle surgery. Following residency, she furthered her training by pursuing a one-year fellowship in advanced foot and ankle reconstruction, relocating back to Pennsylvania. She practiced in the Santa Fe area of New Mexico and in Tucson before relocating to Phoenix to join Dr. McAlister at Phoenix Foot and Ankle Institute. Her extensive training prepared her to be able to treat all aspects of foot and ankle conditions, but she takes a particular clinical and surgical interest in sports injuries, foot and ankle fractures, strains and sprains, acute and chronic foot and ankle pain, wound care, and foot and ankle deformity correction.
Outside of work, Dr. Riniker has many interests and hobbies including hiking, yoga, running, going to the gym, camping, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops in town. She is a dog mom to an adorable Pomeranian who joins her on a lot of her adventures.
