Dr. Reagan Parrish is a North Carolina native. She was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC and spent many of her summers enjoying the Crystal Coast. She joined Carteret Foot and Ankle Specialists in August 2010 after completing a two-year surgical residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
Dr. Parrish received her dual undergraduate degrees in Biological and Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2004, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Dr. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in 2008.
Dr. Parrish is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is also Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Parrish currently lives in Morehead City with her husband and 3 boys. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, boating, and biking.
Dr. John LoPiccolo is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and is residency trained through the Iowa Health Systems at Trinity Regional Medical Center. He has served on the advisory board at Carteret General Hospital for Diabetic Education, was president of the board for the Tiller School in Beaufort, and currently serves on the Planning Board for the Town of Beaufort. He is an active board member at the Surgical Center of Morehead City, the Friends of the NC Maritime Museum, and is a founding board member of Beaufort Arts and Music, the nonprofit that puts on the Beaufort Music Festival each year. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. His surgical interests include reconstructive foot surgery, ankle instability repair, and utilizing surgery to heal patients with chronic diabetic foot ulcers.
