Thomas Lim, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon, and he’s happy to serve people throughout the Los Angeles area at The Sunset Foot Clinic. Dr. Lim graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a degree in biology. He then attended the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. He completed his residency at Staten Island University Hospital in New York City and has been in private practice ever since.
Dr. Lim is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine as well as the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. In addition to primary podiatric care, his specialties include the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot wounds and diabetic footwear. He’s also a qualified medical evaluator in the state of California, providing examinations in workers’ compensation cases.

He went into private practice in 1997. Since then, he has owned and operated Wayne Rash, DPM, for more than 11 years and Castro Podiatry for more than eight years. His experiences also include a number of different roles in healthcare, including working as an independent sales representative for medical equipment and devices.
