I can confidently say that Dr. Quach retains 100% of my trust when it comes to my mental health and well-being. I had a pleasant experience with my appointment in person with Janet Chudacek. She took the time to listen and very attentive to my concerns. She’s very compassionate to what I have been through and offer suggestions and medications that will help me. She recommended for me to see a Mental Therapist Christina Carey but during the Telehealth appointment with her, she informed me that her license is not within the scope of what I was recommended for my issues. I was billed for copay and my insurance is billed but I didn’t get the necessary help from her and she now wants to give me another Mental Therapist recommendation who can actually help me. This is very confusing to me!
