Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is the only Osteopractic practice in the Metro Detroit area, with convenient locations in Canton, Royal Oak, and Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan and Port St Lucie, Florida. Founder Dr. John Putnam, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, Dip. Osteopractic started the practice with a mission to provide holistic and evidence-based care to patients with acute and chronic pain, disabilities, and illnesses that impact their quality of life. Patient-centric care with hands-on approaches is our focus while using techniques supported by the most recent research available.

As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation delivers expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages. A group of fellowship-trained clinicians allows the practice to perform cutting-edge evidence-based treatments like dry needling, blood flow restriction, and body tempering, while using differential diagnosis skills to insure you are having the source of your pain addressed and not just the symptoms.

The experienced clinicians provide comprehensive occupational therapy, craniosacral therapy, massage therapy, and physical therapy techniques. Patients also benefit from the specialized training practitioners have in functional capacity evaluations, work hardening programs, vestibular therapy, post-concussion rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
