I truly had the BEST experience. The moment I walked in and I was greeted so kindly. I was switching doctors after many years and was very nervous about the change. Everyone from the admin, nurses, techs, ultrasound techs, etc were so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. They were professional, knowledgeable, sweet, kind and funny. I just had a feeling the doctor would be amazing because they tend to hire people just like them. It was all a very good sign. Melissa is so cheerful and professional, I'm never going anywhere else. While other doctors hesitate and prod around uncertainly during an examination making the whole experience both awkward and painful, Melissa is so good at her job it is barely uncomfortable.
