Great experience. I felt very heard and she was very understanding of my concerns. It's amazing when medical staff works with you and listen to you. And I found her front office staff to be extremely helpful and kind. Katie is her name and she also made my experience good. Both were helpful with calling my anxiety. I cannot recommend Christine Cooley NP enough! Her manager, Katie was warm and helpful. Christine listened to me, it was clear she read my chart, was prepared and she did not rush me. She explained my diagnostic work up goals in a way that made sense and she was very thoughtful with that discussion . I felt truly cared for, heard , seen, and most importantly safe.
