This was my second appointment with Amanda and like the first, she is very professional and respectful which has made me feel less anxious. Amanda is careful to explain things well and is not threatened by questions. I have learned a lot from her, about my anatomy and also about the importance of movement as a mode of healing.
I found Amanda to be very welcoming, her professional manner was gentle and she was very respectful and aware that I was nervous being there. She made that go away.

I can’t say enough good about my Physio experience. I was really worried that being 40 and a mother of two just meant back pain and limited mobility forever. Amanda has me feeling better after 5 sessions, but I’m not going to stop here! I want to continue to learn how to heal myself with movement.
