I always wanted to become the man I believed I could be—confident, less anxious, able to run a mile (maybe even two), and a husband and father my family could look up to. Within just four months of working with Kari, I ran my first half marathon (now I run 10–15 miles a week), lost 30 pounds, and grew in confidence. My family now enjoys the real me—and so do I. I chose Enlif because my old endocrinologist did not seem to care or take my concerns seriously. Kari sent over an hour explaining what he was doing wrong, and how she was going to proceed. She answered and explained every question and than some. Which is what I wanted. She cares about her patients well-being and her and her whole are amazing and Very Professional.
