I was really nervous to go to a psychiatrist because of a really bad experience I had as a youth, and as a woman in a health system that I have never felt really listens to me. Dr. Brutus is truly amazing. She listens to me and makes me feel respected and valued and like my input about my body, medicine, and mental health matter. Because of this, I found the right medicine for me and my life is changed dramatically for the better. I feel happy and stable and confident in myself. Thank you!

I am a very new patient of Dr. Brutus. My former therapist actually passed away and I was left feeling like a kicker who’d just missed the winning chip shot. I didn’t know where to start. As I scrolled thru dozens of profile pics of new therapists I stopped at Dr. Brutus’s picture. As corny as it may sound I can only say that I was correct when I tell just by her picture that she was going to be a kind, understanding, intuitive, funny, and friendly woman. She’s a great therapist as well!!!
