Happy Apple® is an NYC-based psychotherapy practice that specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples counseling. We offer online and in-person services to individuals aged 10 and older and their families or partners. Our therapists are highly experienced, down-to-earth, and welcome anyone and everyone to our practice.

Our approach is non-judgmental and empathic and draws from multiple theoretical models including CBT, attachment, existential, interpersonal, DBT, social-justice, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, ACT, systemic, and mindfulness. We aim to help clients gain immediate relief from current symptoms as well as long-term adjustment, personal growth, and self-actualization. Clients develop insight, coping mechanisms, new perspectives, and ways of interacting that generate positive feedback and change as well as an improved sense of well-being.
