Today, I had the delightful opportunity to meet Mr. Roth. Our meeting took place via telehealth, and I am immensely thankful for this convenient option. He addressed all my inquiries thoroughly, never once making me feel burdensome. His relaxed demeanor and wealth of information were impressive. If it were possible to rate him higher than a 5, I certainly would.
