Very easy to talk to with all my issues and I can say it's helping me understand why things are so hard to deal with when you have no one to talk to it makes life bareble.
Eunice is very compassionate with my children and always them to do better and not just use medications as an excuse or crutch. Those reminders that they still have a role in rolling. Their behaviors are critical.

Even if we had small troubles connecting to the remote session, Eunice's ability to listen, her warmth, her empathy and her supportive explanations made the session great. She was good at directing questions, referring them to my daughter (the patient) or to me, and provide clear answers to our questions. She was able to create a climate of trust and clarity we both needed.
