Integra Primary Care is a premier adult primary care practice in Canton, Massachusetts. Our highly skilled team cares for men and women in a welcoming atmosphere and via convenient telehealth.

We focus on preventive care, including health education, vaccinations, and health screenings, to minimize the risk of medical problems or detect them early before complications develop. We provide comprehensive annual physicals, as well as Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, sports physicals, and school physicals. We also can perform X-rays and EKGs onsite.

Integra Primary Care offers chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol, allergies, and asthma. 

We provide time daily for sick visits, such as for minor injuries and illnesses, and have medical weight loss plans, comprehensive men’s and women’s health care services, and much more.
