My son and I found Dr. Roane to be extremely compassionate, supportive, educational and understanding of my what my son is going through.
We are relieved to find a doctor who listens to our concerns and carefully navigates treatment which takes time and attention to adjust along the way.
Ashley is great! She really listens to what you have to say and I felt that she considered all my needs and wants when prescribing my medication. We've only had 3 sessions and I already feel extremely comfortable with her. She's the first prescribing psychiatrist that I feel really listens and cares about me and my mental health and not just a quick "you're medicine is working? Great here's the next prescription, bye."

I spent about 10 minutes trying to get the video app to work which it never did. Fortunately, the Doctor and I were able to communicate with each other via a phone call. The critic is not based on the Doctor. She is always a 5 Star. the critic is on the method of communication with the phone app.
