Ashley is the best, she treats you like a person, helps you out and will listen to you and your experience and adjust as needed.
Dr. Roane listens carefully to my current status, works with me to find the proper medication combinations and doses (which are complex due to my multi-faceted conditions) and she has absolutely improved my overall mental health.
