He is a professional, he knows and his job, but he is also a very warm person who gives confidence and hope to patients, making us feel that we are and will be in very good hands, and that is how it was. He listens and encourages questions.
While I was in preop he checked on me more than once and kept me up-to-date on when I would be in the OR.
