Kate has helped me lose brain fog, a significant amount of weight, improve my blood pressure to perfect levels and my bloodwork is now nearly perfect, as well. I now feel great! I have more energy and have greater mental focus. All of this was completely ignored in my past medical experience; other than stern lectures, more pills with no positive results. Kate and her approach was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend her! My entire family now sees Kate!
