McDowell Mountain Gynecology provides comprehensive gynecological care for women in Scottsdale, Arizona. Led by board-certified gynecologist Rachel Spieldoch, MD, the practice is committed to providing a private, relaxed environment so women can feel comfortable discussing their health concerns.

The practice provides care for a full scope of gynecologic needs, including problems associated with the uterus and ovaries, pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, treatment of uterine fibroids, pelvic pain, irregular bleeding, vaginal rejuvenation, and labiaplasty. The team also offers birth control options and a variety of skincare and aesthetics services.

The team at McDowell Mountain Gynecology understands that each woman has their own needs and apprehensions about their body and health. They are dedicated to providing a full suite of health, diagnostic, rejuvenation, and minimally invasive surgical procedures to allow every woman to feel comfortable and confident. The team has expertise in addressing hormonal issues, low libido, and menopausal symptoms with proven elective treatments such as individualized bioidentical hormone therapies and time-released hormone pellets. If surgery is needed, they can perform in-office endometrial ablation procedures, which eliminate troublesome menstrual bleeding with little to no downtime.
