He was patient, understanding, and thorough. While I am usually nervous about going to the dentist, his demeanor and obvious expertise put me at ease. The whole process was, literally and figuratively, painless. Dr. Delshad is a great dentist, but his kindness, patience, and calming presence make a visit with him exceptionally nice.

About My Psych Today

My Psych Today is a holistic mental health practice in Katy, Texas. Our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner Alaa Mhsen, PMHNP, serves patients 5 and older in a welcoming setting. Alaa really cares for his patients. He provides compassionate, individualized care and equips patients with the tools and strategies needed to lead peaceful, productive lives.

Alaa helps patients overcome or manage depression, bipolar disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and anxiety disorders — including social anxiety disorder and panic attacks. He also offers treatments for insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorder, schizophrenia, and more.
