Friendly & courteous staff. I was taken on time for my appointment. The Technician (I apologize for forgetting her name) explained which part of the test she would be performing & what part Dr Polesin would be doing. She was confident and continued to speak to me during testing making sure I was at ease.
Dr Alena Polesin was professional, friendly and on time. She introduced herself and explained what she would be doing.

She listens to what is happening with your body and your experience of pain, and develops immediate strategies with longer term treatment plans and goals to get you pain free. She discusses medical interventions and holistic approaches giving you the best chance for successful outcomes. I’ve required epidurals and injections at my worst periods of pain, and she is an expert in this, open to questions and looking for your feedback to tailor your treatment needs to improved quality of life by managed pain.
