I did the B12 shot the night before the Monument Ave race and a vitamin drip and compression immediately after and I feel like a million bucks-despite my middle age status. I feel like a 20 year old again! I actually ran my best time since I was 20. The entire staff at Night and Day were amazing, professional, and supportive.
